Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data PyraTime ("we") collects when you use www.pyratime.com and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • TradingView username — provided by you at checkout or in your account so we can grant access to invite-only TradingView scripts.
  • Purchase data — Stripe processes all payments and shares with us your email, the product purchased, and payment status. We never see or store your card number.
  • Usage data — plan tier, credit balance and consumption, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Support correspondence — emails you send to support@pyratime.com.

2. How we use data

We use your data to provide the Service: authenticate you, fulfill purchases, grant TradingView indicator access, track credits, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations (such as tax and accounting). We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors we rely on

  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and backend functions.
  • Stripe — payment processing and billing.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • TradingView— we share your TradingView username with TradingView's invite-only script system to grant indicator access you purchased.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in (Firebase Authentication). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Retention

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes afterwards. You can request deletion at any time (below).

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing support@pyratime.com from the address on your account. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or California), we honor access, correction, deletion, and portability requests as required by those laws.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
