Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data PyraTime ("we") collects when you use www.pyratime.com and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
• TradingView username — provided by you at checkout or in your account so we can grant access to invite-only TradingView scripts.
• Purchase data — Stripe processes all payments and shares with us your email, the product purchased, and payment status. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data — plan tier, credit balance and consumption, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Studio data — when you use PyraTime Studio we store your score ledgers, any alerts you set and the email address they are sent to, and the date your free trial started. To limit repeat free trials we also keep a one-way, salted hash of your verified email address and of the network address a trial started from; these cannot be turned back into the address. Your network address is also used briefly to limit request rates.

2. How we use data

We use your data to provide the Service: authenticate you, fulfill purchases, grant TradingView indicator access, track credits, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations (such as tax and accounting). We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors we rely on

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and backend functions.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Fly.io — hosting for PyraTime Studio and its analysis engine (London region).
• Sentry — error reports, so we can find and fix faults. Sign-in tokens, request contents, network addresses and account identity are removed before a report is sent.
• Resend — sending the alert emails you ask for in Studio.
• TradingView— we share your TradingView username with TradingView's invite-only script system to grant indicator access you purchased.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in (Firebase Authentication). PyraTime Studio also keeps your drawings, layouts and display preferences in your browser's local storage; they stay on your device unless you share a link. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Retention

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes afterwards. You can request deletion at any time (below).

You can delete your PyraTime Studio data yourself at any time with "delete my data" in Studio, or by emailing us. Deleted data is removed from our backups within 90 days. A hashed record of your trial date is kept so that deleting is not a way to a second free trial, and records of the network addresses trials started from are deleted after 30 days.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing support@pyratime.com from the address on your account. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or California), we honor access, correction, deletion, and portability requests as required by those laws.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
